Gren Schoch, Chairman and CEO
Mr. Gren Schoch is a professional engineer and ran a successful engineering and geological services company, MPH Consulting, between 1976 and 1995. In 1982, he also founded and chaired Petromet Resources, a junior oil and gas exploration company that was sold to Talisman Energy for more than $900 million in 2001. Since 1989, Mr. Schoch has been the Chairman and a substantial shareholder of AirBoss.
Lisa Swartzman, President
Ms. Lisa Swartzman has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution and retail industries having previously held senior financial positions with some of Canada's largest publicly traded corporations as well as advising mid-market privately held companies in both the US and Canada.
Ms. Swartzman holds a BA (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Queen's University and also holds the Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.D (Certified Director) designation.
Darren Wasylucha, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate
Mr. Darren Wasylucha has 15 years of experience in the area of corporate finance, securities and corporate governance. Prior to joining AirBoss
Mr. Wasylucha was the Executive Vice President-Corporate Affairs of a TSX and ASX listed international company, overseeing the legal affairs of the corporate group in various jurisdictions and managing the executiion of its corporate development strategies including capital raising and acquistions. Prior to that, Mr. Wasylucha was a partner in the law firm of Davies Ward Philips & Vineberg LLP, one of Canada's premier business law firms, where he advised a wide range of Canadian and international public and private companies. In addtion to practicing in Canada with Davies, Mr. Wasylucha spent part of his career in London, UK with the corporate finance group of the English law firm of Clifford Chance LLP.
Mr. Wasylucha holds an LLB from the University of Victoria and a BA (Honors) from the University of Alberta.
Daniel Gagnon, CFO
Mr. Daniel Gagnon brings to AirBoss a breadth and depth of strong leadership and financial capabilities gained through over 30 years of progressive experience. He has worked in both private and public organizations in a variety of industries, including 10 years in manufacturing. As CFO he has a strong track record of building effective teams, implementing best practices, and helping drive profitable growth.
Mr. Gagnon is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant. He graduated with honors from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and Diploma in Public Accounting at McGill University.
Robert Dodd, President, AirBoss Rubber Compounding,
Executive Vice-President AirBoss of America Corp.
Mr. Robert Dodd has held either Director or Vice President Roles at 3 previous employers prior to joining AirBoss. At Trellborg he was on the Board of Directors of their North American company TSS US Inc. and was also a minority shareholder with Southland Technologies prior to joining AirBoss. Robert has a proven change management track record and also has prior expertise in developing and executing business strategies for both international and domestic markets in an executive capacity. With his prior experience of developing acquisition targets in India and Brazil and his recent achievement of establishing a Green field site in Shanghai, China, Robert brings a wealth of International and diverse experiences to his new role within AirBoss.
Bradley Berghouse, President, AirBoss Flexible Products
Mr. Bradley A. Berghouse has more than 25 years of US and global financial and operational experience in businesses of various sizes in the automotive and other industrial manufacturing industries. He has a proven track record of combining strategic and tactical expertise with strong credentials in sales opportunity identification, business develjopment, operations and P&L management.
Mr. Berghouse obtained his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Thomas H. Ripley, President, AirBoss Engineered Products
Mr. Tom Ripley has been the chief executive for a number of private equity sponsored companies. In these roles, Mr. Ripley has been charged with improving profitability, driving revenue, and capturing operational efficiencies.
Mr. Ripley's operational experience includes industrial, manufacturing, service businesses, and defense.
Mr. Ripley earned his BA from the Virginia Military Institute and his MBA from the University of Chicago. After college, Mr. Ripley served in the US Marine Corps finishing his active service as a Captain.
Yvan Ambeault, Executive VP, AirBoss Engineered Products
Mr. Yvan Ambeault has a Baccalaureate in Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Polymer from Laval University. He worked for Acton International in 1990 as a compounder for the industrial division and then was promoted to Research and Development Director in 1996. He was then promoted to Technical Manager in 2002 where he was in charge of Quality and Research and Development. In 2004, Mr. Ambeault became the Manager of Manufacturing Operations at AirBoss Engineering Products overseeing the production of defense and industrial products.
